引き分け を英語で教えて!

It is a draw. で、「引き分け」という言い方になります。
他にも、 draw を使って、The game ended in a draw. 「その試合は引き分けに終わった」という表現もよく使います。

The soccer match ended in a draw, with both teams scoring three goals each.
そのサッカーの試合は３－３の引き分けに終わった。

tie を使った表現も参考として挙げておきます。
Both teams play really well, and the game came to a tie.
どちらのチームも良いプレーをしていて、結果引き分けとなった。
