デパートでウィンドーショッピングをしていたら、店員が寄ってきたので、「気に入ったのがあれば、買いますね」と言いたいです。

もし私がそれを気に入ったなら買います。ですので、If I like it, I'll buy it.　というシンプルな表現です。
他色々は言い方ができます。例文を以下の通りです。

If I like what I see, I'll buy it.
What I see は、私が見たものの意味です。

If what I see is to my liking, I will buy it.
もし私がみたものが好みだったら買います。

If what I see is something I like, I buy it.
something I like は、私が好きな感じのもの、です。
