お気に入りのお店は3階に入ってる を英語で教えて!

「お店はどこ？」と聞かれたので、「お気に入りのお店は3階に入ってる」と言いたいです。

日本語では「3階に入っている」のように言えるので「in=〜の中に（入る）」という前置詞を使いたくなるかと思いますが、「〜階にある」という時には「on=〜の上に」という前置詞を使うのが一般的です。
