ちゃんとうまく説明できるかな？ を英語で教えて!

細かい説明が必要なので、「ちゃんとうまく説明できるかな？」と言いたいです。

「うまく説明できるかな…」という、ちょっと自信がない気持ちや、これから話す内容が複雑で伝わるか不安な時に使うクッション言葉です。

「ちゃんとうまく説明できるかな？」

I'm not sure は、I am not sure の略ですが、「分からない、不確か」を表します。I don't know の代わりに、I'm not sure という言い方をよくします。
Whether 「〜かどうか」、I can explain it well「うまく説明できるのか」になります。

2. I wonder if I could describe it fine.
「うまく言い表せるかな」

wonderで「〜だろうか」という意味を表せます。if I could は「出来るだろうか」と考えている様子を表せます。describeは「説明する、表現する、言い表す」です。

This matter needs a detailed explanation, I wonder if I could describe it well.
「細かいせいつ名が必要だから、ちゃんと説明できるだろうか。」

a detailed explanationで、「細かい説明」になります。
