初めまして☆2017年からNCを始め、2019年にNC講師になりました。現在は育児の隙間時間に翻訳や自習をしながら復帰に向けて準備中です♪

タンパク質 を英語で教えて!

減量中でもタンパク質はちゃんと摂らないとダメだよ。
Even during weight loss , you have to take protein properly.

take protein properly＝たんぱく質をきちんと取る

Soybeans contain a lot of protein.
Soybeans is high（rich）in protein.
大豆はたんぱく質を多く含んでいます。
