「男同士・女同士」は英語では between men,between ladies などで表現することができるます。
※または with を使ってもいいかなと思います。

サマータイム を英語で教えて！

「サマータイム」は英語では daylight saving time (DST) や summer time などで表現することができます。
※イギリス英語では summer time と呼ぶそうです。

In other countries, there is a system called daylight saving time in order to make effective use of sunlight.
（諸外国では、太陽光を有効に活用する為、サマータイムという制度があるよ。）

We have summer time here, so it might be a bit of a hassle until you get used to it.
（ここはサマータイムがあるので、慣れるまではちょっと大変かもしれません。）

「行方不明」は英語では missing や go astray などで表現することができます。

「目に入れても痛くない」は英語では the apple of one's eye という慣用句で表現することができると思います。
直訳すると「目の中のリンゴ」と少し分かりにくいですが、とても大切な存在という意味になります。
