僕も英語は始めた際は、初心者からです。

「先方に頼んだ書類届いてる？」と言いたい場合には

Did the documents we requested from the other party arrive?
Have the documents we asked the other party for arrived?

理解を早めるための他の例文も作ってみました。
I asked the other party to provide us with the necessary information.
必要な情報を提供していただくように、先方に頼みました。

先立たれる を英語で教えて!

To be preceded (by someone)
または
To pass away before (someone)

pass away は一般的な表現ですね。

「家族や、夫に先立たれる」と英語で言いますと、

He was preceded by his parents in death.
または
She passed away before her husband.

My grandmother was preceded by her husband, so she lived many years alone.
祖母は先に亡くなった夫に先立たれ、長い間一人で生きました。

宣誓する を英語で教えて!

take an oath
make a pledge
個人的には、下の方が日常会話でも使われる頻度も高いし、
シンプルな表現だと思います。

「わたし、または彼が入社式で宣誓をした」は

I took an oath during the entrance ceremony.
He made a pledge at the company's induction ceremony.

During the graduation ceremony, all students took an oath to uphold the school's values.
卒業式の際、全ての生徒が学校の価値観を守ることを宣誓しました。

宣戦布告する を英語で教えて!

declare war
または、
make a declaration of war

少し固いイメージですが、政治の話によく出てきます。

「宣戦布告する」を使った例文が下記に作りました。
The country decided to declare war on its neighboring nation.

They made a declaration of war in response to the enemy's aggression.

The Prime Minister delivered a speech to the nation, declaring war on the invading forces.
首相は国民に向けて演説を行い、侵攻してきた勢力に宣戦布告しました。

専属契約を結ぶ を英語で教えて!

To enter into an exclusive contract
または、
To sign an exclusive agreement

exclusiveは、限定という意味になります。

The artist decided to enter into an exclusive contract with the record label.
彼女は有名な芸能事務所と専属契約を結びました。

Both parties agreed to sign an exclusive agreement for the distribution of the product.
その企業は特定の地域での販売権を持つため、小売店と専属契約を結びました。
