1. Can you get to the point?
要点を言っていただけますか？
get to the point は「要点に入る」という意味です。
少し苛立ちなどの感情が伝わる場合があるので、トーンに気をつけてください。

例文
Sorry, but can you get to the point?
ごめんなさい、要点を言っていただけますか？

2. Could you be more direct?
もう少し直接的に話していただけますか？
directは「直接的な、率直な」という意味です。
Could youはCanよりも丁寧な言い方です。

例文
I appreciate the explanation, but could you be more direct?
説明はありがたいのですが、もう少し直接的に話していただけますか？

給料がとてもいいんです を英語で教えて!

1. The pay is really good.
給料がとてもいいんです。
pay は「給与・報酬」という意味です。「とても」を表現する場合、very は固いニュアンスになるので、really のほうがカジュアルに使えます。

例文
I like my job, because the pay is really good.
給料がとてもいいので、仕事が好きです。

2. I get paid really well.
私はとてもいい給料をもらっています。
get paid は「給料をもらう」という意味です。

例文
I get paid really well, so I can’t complain about my job.
給料がとてもいいので、仕事に文句はないですね。

いいヘアサロンを紹介してくれない？ を英語で教えて!

1. Can you recommend a good hair salon?
いいヘアサロンを紹介してくれない？
recommendは「おすすめする」「紹介する」という意味です。美容院だけでなく、レストランやメニューなど様々な場面で使えます。

例文
Can you recommend a good hair salon around here? I need a haircut soon.
この辺でいいヘアサロンを紹介してくれない？そろそろ髪を切らなきゃ。

2. Do you know any good hair salons?
いいヘアサロン知ってる？

例文
Do you know any good hair salons? I need a haircut before the date.
いいヘアサロン知ってる？デート前に髪切らなきゃ。

もう子供をお迎えに行く時間だわ を英語で教えて!

1. It's already time to pick up my kid.
もう子供を迎えに行く時間だわ。
It's already time to～は「もう～の時間だ」という意味です。
pick upは「迎えに行く」という意味です。

例文
Oh no! It's already time to pick up my kid! I got so caught up in our conversation.
あら大変！もう子供を迎えに行く時間だわ！お喋りに夢中になっちゃった。

2. I need to go pick up my child.
子供を迎えに行かなきゃ。
I need to～は「～しなきゃ」という意味です。

例文
I lost track of time. I need to go pick up my child!
時間を忘れてた。子供を迎えに行かなきゃ！

健康的な食事をすることが健康維持に最も大切 を英語で教えて!

1. I believe that eating a healthy diet is the most important thing for maintaining health.
健康的な食事をすることが健康維持に最も大切だと思ってます。
a healthy dietは「健康的にな食事」という意味です。
maintaining health は「健康維持」という意味です。

例文
I believe that eating a healthy diet is the most important thing for maintaining health, so I try to cook my meals as much as possible.
健康的な食事をすることが健康維持に最も大切だと思っているので、できるだけ自炊するようにしています。

2. I think that having a balanced diet is the key to staying healthy.
健康維持の鍵はバランスの取れた食事だと思います。
balanced dietは「バランスの取れた食事」という意味です。
the key to～は「～の鍵となる」という意味で、日本語でも「～のキーになる」と同じ意味合いで使うかと思います。
staying healthyは「健康維持」という意味です。

例文
I think that having a balanced diet is the key to staying healthy, so I make sure to eat plenty of vegetables.
健康を維持するにはバランスの取れた食事が大切だと思うので、野菜をたくさん食べるようにしています。
