「Work properly」は「正常に動く」を意味しています。

「システムの調子がいい」は「システムが順調に作動している」という事なので「system is working well」と構文的に表すことが可能です。

構文は、前半は「～がある」の内容なので「there+be動詞」の構文形式で、前述語群の後に主語（no problems）、副詞（today）を続けて構成します。

後半は現在進行形（主語［system］＋be動詞＋現在分詞［working（作動している）］）に副詞（well：順調に）を加えて構成します。
