「それは最初から入っています」は、 It is included と言います。「トッピング」は、そのまま topping です。「さらに追加しますか？」は Would you like to add more of them?　と言います。
Would you 〜 丁寧な、「〜しますか？」と言う表現です。
「追加トッピング」は、extra topping や、additional topping と言います。
