会社の業務が忙しくなってきたので、「外部委託して、効率化をはかろう」と言いたいです。

外部委託して、効率化をはかろうと我々は考えている。

外部委託は「Outsourcing」と言います。例えば、A社にBの業務を委託する場合は、「Oursource B to A」と言います。

*increase:　増やす、向上させる
*efficiency:　効率

I want to contract out our casting to an agency.
キャスティングはエージェントに外部委託したい。

「Outsourcing」の他の言い方で「Contract out」があります。
