姑（mother-in-law）から「嫁いびり」されていると表現する場合、ネイティブにとって自然な表現は、姑が自分に対して感じが悪い「unpleasant to me」という言い方でしょう。また、意地が悪いことを「mean to me」とも表現出来ます。強調したい場合には、更に「so]を付け加えます。

例文：
My mother-in-law is being so unpleasant (so mean) to me.
（姑の私に対する態度が本当にひどい。）

2. I'm having a mother-in-law problem.

また別の表現として、「having a mother-in-law problem」と言うことが出来ます。ひどい「嫁いびり」の場合、「terrible」を加えると更に強調することが出来るでしょう。
