ちょっと変わってない？ を英語で教えて!

息子は、興味があることに対しての集中力は異常に高いので、「ちょっと変わってない？」と言いたいです。

・It is a little strange, isn't it?

1. 「ちょっと変わってない？」は英語で「he is a little different, isn't he?」と言います。これは「他とは異なっているよね？」と言った意味合いです。

My son can abnormally concentrate on what he is interested in, but he is a little different, isn't he?
息子は興味のあることに対する集中力が異常に高いですが、ちょっと変わってない？
（abnormally : 異常に、concentrate on ~ : ～に集中する）

2. また「He is unique, isn't he?」と言うことも出来ます。こちらも「他とは異なっている」、「個性的である」ことを意味しますが、特にネガティブな意味は含みません。

He likes to go to see a dentist. He is unique, isn't he?
彼は歯医者に行くのが好きなんだよね、ちょっと変わってない？
（go to see a dentist : 歯医者に行く）

3. 「It is a little strange, isn't it?」と言うことも出来ますが、こちらは「ちょっとおかしくない？」と言ったイメージです。

She said something that we could not understand at all. It was a little strange, wasn't it?
彼女は我々が全く理解できないことを言っていたよね、ちょっと変わってない？
