状態が良い を英語で教えて!

海外から船便で荷物を送ったので、「心配していたが荷物の状態が良かった」と言いたいです。

１．「状態が良い」は英語で「It's in good condition.」と言います。「in good condition」で良い状態であることを表現します。

I was worried about the parcel which I had sent from the overseas country. However, it was in good condition.
海外から送った荷物を心配していたけど、状態が良かった。

２．「It's well-conditioned」と言うことも出来ます。「well-conditioned」で「健康な」や「好調な」を意味します。

I really appreciate that they take very good care of the building. It's well-conditioned.
彼らがその建物の面倒をよく見てくれていることに感謝です、とても状態が良いです。
