（あなたの自信のない発言でグループ全体の士気が下がる可能性がある）

the morale of the entire group drops（morale（士気）が下がる（drop)）と言うこともできます。
「倫理」という意味のmoralと単語が似ていますが異なる意味のため注意しましょう。

2. motivation decreases
I was excited about the project at first, but my motivation decreased recently.
（最初はプロジェクトにわくわくしていたが、最近は士気が下がってしまった）
