① although は接続詞で発音は /ɔːlˈðəʊ/となります。

例文：
He was sick, but he went to school to take an exam.
= Although he was sick, he went to school to take an exam.
(彼は体調が悪かったが、試験を受けるために学校にいきました。)
＊ take an exam　試験を受ける
(ex) I have to take an exam.
(試験に受けなくちゃいけない)

② however
こちらは、接続詞ではなく、副詞になります。使える位置は自由です。

例文：
I feel under the weather. However, I want to go on a trip.
= I feel under the weather, but I want to go on a trip.
(体調が悪い、しかし、旅行に行きたい)
＊ under the weather = sick　体調が悪い
(ex) I am under the weather, so I took medicine.
(体調が悪いので薬を飲んだ。)

③ even though はこちらは接続詞です。

例文：
Even though I practiced hard, I didn’t win the race.
= I practiced hard, but I didn’t win the race.
(一生懸命練習したけど、レースに勝てなかった)
