「inform <人> of/about 〜」で、「〜を<人> に伝える」になります。「let <人> know ~」よりも少しかしこまって聞こえますが、お客様あてならこのくらいかしこまっていてもいいかと思います。

as soon as/onceどちらも「〜次第すぐに」です。
「come in」は人に対しても使いますし、このように情報が入ってくるときにも使えます。
