寒さ耐性ゼロ を英語で教えて!

寒さ耐性ゼロ。

tolerant ：（人が）〜に耐性がある（形容詞）
tolerance は tolerant の名詞形で、have a tolerance for で　「〜に対する耐性がある」という意味になります。
cold は形容詞として使われることが多いですが、名詞の形を取る場合は「寒さ」という意味になります。

2. I can't deal with the cold at all.
寒さ耐性ゼロ。

deal with で 「〜とうまくやる、扱う、対処する」という意味です。
at all は「全く」という意味です。
「寒さを全く上手に対処できない」というニュアンスです。
