get into は「 興味を持つ」「ハマる」という意味です。「流行」は trend と言います。

2. I’m not really into the latest trend.
最新の流行にはあまりハマれない。

I'm into~ は「～にハマる」というカジュアルな表現です。「ハマれない」はその否定文になります。latest は「遅い」という意味はなく、「最新の」という形容詞になります。
