距離を置いて離れて欲しいという事です。

例）

2. Can you not interrupt us?
口を挟まないでくれるかな？

can you not〜?: 〜しないでくれますか？
interrupt: 話に割って入る、邪魔する。
話に入って邪魔して欲しくないという意味です。

例）
Can you not interrupt us? We'll get off track.
口を挟まないでくれるかな？ 話が逸れてしまいます。

get off track: 話が逸れる。
