人一倍努力している を英語で教えて!

harder than～：～よりも懸命に
比較級 harder は「より懸命に」「より激しく」を意味します。
than 以降に比較対象を置き、ここでは「他者」を意味する other people を置いています。

twice + as 形容詞/副詞 as + A は「A の(2)倍ほど～」→「人一倍～」を意味します。
