人口の減少と高齢化

「人口」は population と言います。decline は「減少」という意味です。「高齢化」は英語で aging と言います。日本語でも「エイジング」という単語は聞き馴染みがありますね。

major は「主な」という意味です。issue は「問題」ですが、少子化と高齢化の両方を表すため、複数形にしましょう。

2. aging population and low birthrate
高齢化社会と低出生率

「高齢化社会」は aging population ということもできます。 low birthrate は「低出生率」という意味です。

significant は「重要な」という意味です。「問題」は problem ですが、ここも複数形にしましょう。
