求める条件 を英語で教えて!

人材派遣の会社でお仕事を紹介する時、「あなたが会社に求める条件は何ですか？」と聞きたいです。

（look for = seekですが、seekの方がかしこまった表現です。）

I'm looking for a hybrid work environment (2-3 days remote work per week).
週に2-3日在宅勤務ができるような、ハイブリッドワークの環境を探しています。
（a hybrid workとはオフィスでの勤務とリモートワーク（在宅勤務）を組み合わせた働き方を指します。）
