「電話」は英語で the phone や the call といいます。can you pick it up for me? の can you ~ ? で「～できますか？」と尋ねています。pick it up の it は前半の the call を指しています。名詞の場合は pick up の後ろに置きますが、代名詞の場合は pick it up というように、間に挟むルールがあります。
＊right now…「今すぐ、ちょうど」

pick up は「物を拾う」「人を迎えに行く」という意味もあり、日常会話でよく使われます。
例）
I picked up the pen from the floor.
床からペンを拾った。
I'll pick you up at 5 PM.
5時に迎えに行くよ。

2. I'm busy at the moment. Could you answer the call for me?
今忙しいです。代わりに電話を出てくれますか？
Could you ~ ? は丁寧な依頼の表現で、「～していただけますか」という意味になります。
＊at the moment…「今」

3. I'm tied up right now. Can you take the call?
今ちょっと手が離せないんです。電話を取ってもらえますか？
＊be tied up…「手が離せない」「忙しい」
