数学で使う「aの2乗」は英語で何と言うのですか？

aの2乗は、a squaredと言います。xの2乗なら、x squaredになります。
aの3乗のときは、a cubued、xの3乗は x cubedとなります。

また、to the power of を使い、aの2乗なら、a to the power of 2も使えます。

aの2乗：a squared/ a to the power of 2
aの3乗：a cubed/ a to the power of 3

4乗以降は、to the power of を使います。
aの4乗：a to the power of 4
aの5乗：a to the power of 5

例
2 squared is 4. 2の2乗は4です。
2 cubed is 8. 2の3乗は8です。
2 to the power of 4 is 16. 2の4乗は16です。
