1. どう思いますか？は相手の考えを聞く聞き方ですので、thoughts 「考え」を使って、下記のように言います。

※ matter 「事項、案件」

2. どう思うかを「意見」という言葉を使って表すと、Please give me your opinion about...「...に関しての意見をください」となります。

Please give me your opinion about the matter.
その件についてあなたの意見をください。→あなたはどう思いますか、という意味になります。
