「つかまり立ち」は pull oneself up (to stand) と言います。
状況が分かっていれば、 to stand はなくても通じます。

娘がついにつかまり立ちした！

他にも、
have head control 「首が座る」
roll over「寝返りを打つ」
crawl 「ハイハイする」
