私だって気がすすまない を英語で教えて!

同僚が会社の飲み会に行きたくないと言うので、「私だって気がすすまない」と言いたいです。

either　～だって、～も

「気が進まない」はnot in the mood と言うことができます。これはカジュアルな表現で、会話の中で使われることが多く、ビジネスなどのフォーマルな場面では使わないほうが良いです。not in the mood は直訳をすると、「そういう気分ではない」という意味で、気乗りがしない、今のタイミングでは気持ちが向かないという意味です。

「（私）だって」はeither を使います。肯定文のときは「～も」というときにtoo を使いますが、否定文ではneither に入れ替えます。
