「抽象的」は英語でAbstract になります。
※歌詞や曲が抽象的な音楽のことを Abstract music と呼んだりしますね。

Just a thought. 以外で「ふと思った。」は英語で I just got the idea. や It's just an idea. など idea を使って表現することができると思います。

また少し違いますが、ビジネスでは、まだしっかりとした企画になっていない状態の"たたき台"や"思いついたアイデア"の段階のものをよく draft を使って表現するので It's just a draft. も「ただのたたき台なんですけど」という意味で近いものがあるかなと思います。

I just got the idea, would you like to go to that stylish cafe tomorrow?
（ふと思ったんだけど、明日あのおしゃれなカフェ行きませんか？）

屁でもない を英語で教えて！

「屁でもない。」は英語では It's not a big deal. や It's no biggie.（It's not a big deal. を省略した言い方）または Don't mention it. などを使って表現することができます。

A: Thank you for guiding me through your busy schedule today.
（A:今日は忙しい中、いろいろ案内してくれてありがとう。）
B:Don't mention it.
（B:そんなの屁でもないよ。）

「用途」は英語では usage や use または application などで言い表せます。
また、少しニュアンスが変わってしまいますが purpose（目的）でも大筋を伝えることはできるでしょう。
