「オンライン飲み会」は英語では online drinking party や virtual drinking party などで表現できると思います。

Since the corona crisis, I have been holding online drinking parties with my colleagues from time to time, but honestly, I'm still not used to it.

I used to think she was my terrible coworker, but maybe I was misunderstanding.

ミルクティー を英語で教えて!

「ミルクティー」は tea with milk で表現することができます。
※イギリスでは white tea なんて呼び方もあるそうです。（そもそもイギリスでは、ミルクティーが主流の飲み方のようですので tea だけでも、ミルクティーの意味になる可能性は高いと思います）

I often buy tea with milk from a vending machine on the company premises.
（私は良く会社の敷地内にある自動販売機で、ミルクティーを買います。）

「モーニングサービス」は英語では breakfast special や complimentary breakfast などで表現することができます。

（私はホテルでモーニングサービスを食べてきました。）

「ガムテープ」は英語では packing tape や sealing tape などで表現することができます。

At the next sales event, if any items remain unsold, I'll pack them in a cardboard box and bring them home, so I'll bring packing tape.
