「至れり尽くせり」は英語では hearty reception や　completely take care などで表現することができます。

During my study abroad, my host family was very kind and gave me a hearty reception.
（留学中、ホストファミリーはとても優しく、至れり尽くせりだった。）

During my stay, I was completely taken care of by the local people, so I fell in love with the country.
（滞在中は現地の人々のお陰で至れり尽くせりだったので、その国が大好きになった。）

「エアコンがつきません」は英語では air conditioner does not turn on や air conditioning does not turn on などで表現することができます。

「数枚余計に」は英語では a few extra で表現することができます。

It's a shopping bag attached to the product, but sometimes defective products are mixed in, so it's better to put a few extra ones in there.
（商品に付けるショッピングバッグだけど、不良品が混じってることもあるから、数枚余計に入れておいた方がいいよ。）
