食感 を英語で教えて!

「食感」は英語では texture と表現することができます。

I like lotus root because it has a nice crispy texture.
（シャキシャキした食感がいいから蓮根が好き。）
※ crispy（シャキシャキした）

This is probably due to overroasting, which has lost the original texture of the ingredients.
（おそらくこれは焼きすぎたせいで、食材の持つ本来の食感が失われています。）

「煮え切らない」は英語では indecisive や wishy-washy などで表現することができます。

I don't know what to do with an indecisive attitude.
（煮え切らない態度だとどうしていいかわからないよ。）

When I consulted my boss about the project a little while ago, his attitude was wishy-washy.
（少し前に上司に例の企画について相談した時、彼の態度は煮え切らないものだった。）
