文書を読み込む を英語で教えて!

（パソコンなどの）「文書を読み込む」は英語では load documents や import documents などで表現することができます。

Can you(your computer) load documents created on my computer?
（私のパソコンで作った文書を読み込めますか？）

I have saved it on my computer, so you can import the document.
（私がそれパソコンに保存してあるから、あなたがその文書を読み込んだらいいよ。）

「この次ってあるかな？ 」は英語では Will there be next? や Is there still a chance? などで表現できると思います。
