「順調です！」は英語では Everything is going well! や I'm on track! などで表現することができます。

Everything is going well! I will definitely make it on time.
（順調です！必ず間に合わせます。）

I'm on track basically. But I have only one concern.
(基本的には順調です。 ただ、ひとつだけ気になることがあります。)

幼稚園 を英語で教えて!

「幼稚園」は英語では kindergarten や preschool などで表現することができます。

I will be 30 minutes late because I will drop my child off at kindergarten then head to work.
（子供を幼稚園に送ってから仕事に向かうので、30分遅れます。）
※ drop someone off（〜を送る、〜を降ろす、など）

My daughter's preschool is in the mountains.
（娘の幼稚園は山の中にあります。）

「突然のお願いで恐縮ですが」は英語では I would be very much obliged for the sudden request や I'm sorry for the urgency of my request などで表現することができると思います。

「基本的にはそちらにお任せします 」は英語では I will basically leave it to you. や I will basically defer it to you. などで表現することができます。

If you only consider the price, I will basically leave it to you.
（価格のことだけ考慮してくだされば、基本的にはそちらにお任せします。）
I will basically defer it to you, so I would be happy if you could do it freely.
