「年内に歯の治療を終わらせられたら嬉しいな。」

be+happyで嬉しいです。今ではなくて、年内の近い未来が含まれるので、will be happyという言い方をします。dental workで「歯の治療」になります。within this yearで「年内に」と言い表します。

2. I will be more than happy if I can complete my dental treatment by the end of this year.
「今年の終わり迄に歯科治療を終えたら、とても嬉しいな。」

be+ more than happyで「すごい嬉しい」と言えます。completeは「終える」dental treatmentは「歯科治療」です。by the end of this yearで、「年末迄に」と言えます。今年中、within this year, by the end of this year「年末迄には」色々な言い方ができます。
