ガラガラ（抽選）は、raffleが使えます。Prize=「景品」で、choose from these options=「この中から選ぶ」となります。Prefer(～好む)を過去分詞にして、preferred number とすると、「希望の番号」という意味で使うことができます。

“Congratulations on winning the raffle!You get to pick a prize from these choices. Just choose the number you want the most."
Congratulations on ~ = 「～をおめでとうございます」という意味で使うことができます。
You get to… のget to~は、「～できる」という意味でよく使います。希望の番号=一番欲しい番号、のように置き換えるとthe number you want the most というカジュアルな表現もできます。
