日本語で言うところのリウマチ / リウマチ性関節炎
一般的に英会話内ではリウマチを指す時にrheumatismとは言わず、具体名のrheumatoid arthritis (リウマチ性関節炎)からさらに省略し、arthritis(関節炎)とだけ言います。

It's winter so my arthritis is particularly bad at the moment.
