今日の天気はどうですか？

How is + 名詞 or 代名詞？：～はどうですか
How は対象の状況や程度を尋ねる際に使い、ここでは名詞 weather を対象にして、天気の状態を尋ねます。文末の today「今日」の代わりに tomorrow「明日」を使う How is the weather for tomorrow?「明日の天気はどうですか？」も便利なフレーズです。その他、How is the lesson?「授業はどうですか？」や How is he?「彼はどうですか？」なども会話でよく聞く基本の表現です。

今日の天気はどんな感じですか？→どうですか？

What is + 名詞 + like?：～はどんな感じですか→～はどうですか？
What「何」は物の他、出来事や状況を尋ねる際に使います。ここでは前置詞 like 「～のような」を置いて「～はどのような感じですか」→「～はどうですか？」と考えます。また weather「天気」の代わりに weather forecast「天気予報」や weather news「天気のニュース」を置いて表現することも出来ます。
