何も思いつきません を英語で教えて!

何も思いつきません。
think of〜は「〜を思いつく、考える」という意味です。否定系の文章ではanythingを使います。

例文
My teacher asked for my opinion, but I couldn't think of anything.
先生に意見を求められたけど、何も思いつきませんでした。

2. Nothing comes to mind.
何も頭に浮かばない。
A come to mindは「Aが頭に思い浮かぶ、思い出される」という意味です。

例文
Right now, nothing comes to mind.
今のところ、何も思い浮かびません。
