　I‘d は、I would の省略形です。
・save your questions : 質問を控える
　save にはほかに、「守る」「節約する」という意味があります。
・until the end : 最後まで

I’d appreciate it if you could save your questions until the end.
最後まで質問を控えていただけると助かります。

話し終えるまで、質問はお待ち願えますか？
・Let me finish first: まずは私に話を終えさせてください
　ここでの let は使役の表現です。
・I’ll take your questions : 質問を受け付けます
