本当に理解してる？ を英語で教えて!

are you sure? 「本当に？」
understand 「理解する」

A: Are you listening to me? Are you sure you understand?

うん。してるよ。

listening 「聞いている」
※ listen 「聞く」の現在進行形

2. Do you really understand?
本当に理解してる？

really 「本当に」

Do you really understand what I'm saying?
本当に私の言ってること理解してる？

what I'm saying 「私の言ってること」
※ what I say 「わたしの言うこと」の現在進行形

are you sure、really 共に「本当に？」と意味をし、それだけで使うことも可能です。

A: I saw a gold car.
金色の車を見たんだ。
B: Are you sure? / Really?
