I can see : 私から見える
「私から見える限りでは」すなわち「見たところ」という訳になります。

例文

2. Judging from 〜
みたところ

Judging: 「判断する」という意味のjudge のing形
Judging from 〜で、「〜から判断するに」すなわち「見たところ」という意味になります。

Judging from the structure, it’s safe.
構造から判断したところ、それは安全です。
