1. draw attention
「注目を集める」

draw は物理的に「（物）を引く、引っ張る」という意味もありますが、ここでは「（人の興味や関心、注目）を引きつける、引き寄せる、引き込む」という意味で使われています。

その美しいドレスに目を奪われた。

attention は「注意、注目、関心」という意味です。
