デパートで、店員さんに「この写真の商品ありますか？」と言いたいです。

「これ、ありますか？」とお店で聞くときの定番フレーズです。棚にない商品や、特定の色・サイズを探している時に使えます。丁寧すぎずカジュアルすぎない、ごく普通の聞き方なので、海外のお店で気軽に店員さんに話しかける時にぴったりですよ！
