初めまして☆2017年からNCを始め、2019年にNC講師になりました。現在は育児の隙間時間に翻訳や自習をしながら復帰に向けて準備中です♪

的を得たプレゼンだったので、とても感動しました。

ex. the most important point/ key point 要点

安パイ（安全牌） を英語で教えて!

プレゼントを選ぶ時に、誰もが喜びそうな安パイを選びました。
I chose a safe bet that everyone would be happy with
when choosing a present.

a safe bet =必ず当たる賭け、安全牌

※safest option, low-risk choice には少し否定のニュアンスを含みます。

ex. I chose the safest option.　一番安全な選択を選んだ。
（※リスクを避ける場合に使います。）

糧にする を英語で教えて!

この経験を糧にしてまた次回チャレンジするしかないね。
You have no choice but to take advantage of this experience and try again next time.

take advantage of ~ =～を糧にする、活用する

ex. He made great use of this opportunity.

厚生年金・国民年金 を英語で教えて!

加入する年金が『厚生年金から国民年金』に変更する。
The enrollment pension will be changed
from the welfare pension to national pension.

the welfare pension＝厚生年金
national pension＝国民年金

ex. A welfare pension is a way
to share pension responsibilities with me and the company.
厚生年金とは私と会社で年金の責任を共有する方法です。

業務委託・個人事業主 を英語で教えて!

業務委託により自らの技能を提供する個人事業主です。
I’m a sole proprietor who provides my own skills through outsourcing.

outsourcing, subcontracting ＝業務委託/ 下請け契約
sole proprietor＝個人事業主

my own skill=私自身のスキル
※所有格の後に置いて、所有の意を強調します。
ex. my own book./ with my own hands / thier own houses

ex. It's an outsourcing , so I'll manage the time myself.
業務委託なので時間管理は自分でします。
