寝返りを打つ を英語で教えて!

「寝返りを打つ」は英語では turn over や roll over などで表現することができます。

I have a strained back, so it's hard to turn over.
（ぎっくり腰になったので、寝返りを打つのがつらい。）

Maybe because I don't roll over while sleeping, my body is often numb when I wake up.
（私は寝ている間、あまり寝返りを打たないのか、起きた時よく身体が痺れている。）

３Kの仕事は避けたい。 を英語で教えて!

「３Kの仕事は避けたい。」ですが、3Kの"K"は日本語の頭文字ですが、英語では"3D"（Dirty＝汚い, Dangerous＝危ない ,Demeaning＝きつい）という表現があります。（日本の3Kの英語版みたいなニュアンスです）
なので、英語で表現するなら I want to avoid 3D work. でニュアンスを言い表わすことができます。

（私は3Dの仕事でも構いませんので、いい仕事があったら紹介して下さい。）

「遊びを作る」は英語では make a excess play で表現することができます。

When installing the camshaft, I would like you to put in a little excess play instead of tightening it tightly.
（カムシャフトを設置する時に、きっちりと締め付けるのではなく、すこし遊びを入れて欲しい。）

「活躍する」は英語では active や play an active part などで表現することができます。

Ako-chan, a classmate, is active as a cabin attendant.
（同級のA子ちゃんはキャビンアテンダントになり活躍している。）
He plays an active part in the world as a sales representative, but it seems that he will soon quit his job and start a restaurant.
（彼は今は、営業マンとして世界で活躍しているけど、近いうちに会社を辞めて飲食店を始めるらしい。）
