過疎化 を英語で教えて!

「過疎化」は英語では depopulation や declining population などで表現することができます。

Depopulation is happening all over Japan as the birth rate is declining.
（出生率が下がっているので、過疎化は日本全国で起きています。）

Rural declining population is a serious problem in Japan and a solution needs to be considered.
（地方の過疎化は日本の深刻な問題であり、解決策を考える必要がある。）

「部長になんてなるつもりはなかった。」
英語では I had no intention of becoming a department head. や I had no plans to become a director. などで表現することができます。

I had no intention of becoming a department head. It's just painful to have more responsibility.
（部長になんてなるつもりはなかった。責任が重くなるだけで辛いだけ。）

I had no plans to become a director, but since I was entrusted with it, I will do my best.
（部長になるつもりはなかったが、任されたからには全力で務める。）

「僕はずっと現場である支店で働きたいよ。」は英語では I'd rather work at a branch, which is a field.と表現することができます。

I'd rather work at a branch, which is a field, rather than get promoted and work at the headquarters.
（出世して本部勤務になるより、僕はずっと現場である支店で働きたいよ。）
※「現場」＝ field

順風満帆 を英語で教えて!

「順風満帆」は英語では smooth sailing で表現することができます。

After giving birth, I was able to return to work immediately, and I am satisfied with the smooth sailing life.
（出産後、すぐに仕事復帰することが出来て、順風満帆な生活に満足している。）

People around me may think my life is smooth sailing, but it's actually a series of hardships.
（私の人生は順風満帆だと周りの人には思われているかも知れないが、実際は苦労の連続だ。）

タイムカード を英語で教えて!

「タイムカード」は英語でも time card 言い表すことができます。
※「タイムレコーダー」は time clock になります。
ただ「（タイムカードを）押す」or「打刻する」は punch a clock や punch in（出勤打刻する）や punch out （退勤打刻する）などで表現することができます。

Please don't forget to punch a clock when arriving and leaving work.
（出勤退勤の際は、自分のタイムカードを忘れず押して下さい。）
