「ドキドキする」は英語では one's heart is pounding や one's heart is beating fast などで表現することができます。

When the results of the final tournament were announced, my heart was pounding.
（決勝大会の結果発表の時に、ドキドキした。）

The entrance exam just ended yesterday, so still my heart is beating fast.
（昨日入試が終わったばかりなので、まだドキドキしています。）
