「こそこそ（話をする）」は英語では in whispers と表現することができます。
「話をする」に限りませんが sneak around でも「こそこそする」を表現できます。

こじつけ を英語で教えて!

「こじつけ」は英語では stretch や be far-fetched などで表現することができます。

That's definitely a stretch. It's your fault that you are not good at studying.
（それは間違いなくこじつけだよ。勉強出来ないのは自分のせいだろ。）

I think it's far-fetched. At least not the main reason.
