「参考書類」は英語では reference document や background document などで表現することができると思います。

Reference documents are from the previous year.

「三振」は英語では strikeout や punch out などで表現することができます。

These days, I have been in a slump with only strikeouts.
（最近は、三振ばかりでスランプだ。）

He's a slugger, so he has a lot of home runs, but he also has a lot of punch outs.

「三つ巴の戦い」は英語では three-way battle や three-sided fight などで表現することができます。

Perhaps this season, like last season, will be a three-way battle.
（おそらく今シーズンも、昨シーズン同様、三つ巴の戦いになるだろう。）

If it becomes a three-sided fight , it's good for the league as a whole.
（もし三つ巴の戦いになれば、リーグ全体にとって良いことだよ。）

錆びる を英語で教えて!

「錆びる」は英語では rust（錆びてる＝rusty）や oxidize などで表現することができます。

It's rusty in many places.
（いろいろなところが錆びている。）

Please keep this equipment indoors as it will oxidize quickly if left outside definitely.
（この装置は、外に置いておくとすぐに錆びるので、絶対に屋内で保管してください。）
